Давайте посмотрим на цифры: из миллионов пострадавших – выплаты сделаны лишь сотне с небольшим. Это просто издевательство! Нет никаких документов о том, что фонд работает с госструктурами, никаких субсидий, никакой реальной помощи. Всё, что они делают – это по своему усмотрению распоряжаются деньгами, которые изначально предназначались для пострадавших от мошенников. И процесс получения помощи – это отдельная история.
